- The challenge:
- A shaded backyard with dead, patchy turf, exposed dirt, an old stump, and a crumbling timber border — no irrigation to support recovery.
- What we did:
- Regraded and cleared the yard, built a curved stone-edged planting bed with shrubs and perennials, laid fresh sod, and installed a multi-zone sprinkler system to keep it alive.
- The result:
- A uniformly green lawn framed by a defined garden bed, with sprinkler coverage reaching every corner of the yard.
