Full Backyard Renovation with Irrigation

Residential landscaping + irrigation · Twin Cities west metro

The challenge:
A shaded backyard with dead, patchy turf, exposed dirt, an old stump, and a crumbling timber border — no irrigation to support recovery.
What we did:
Regraded and cleared the yard, built a curved stone-edged planting bed with shrubs and perennials, laid fresh sod, and installed a multi-zone sprinkler system to keep it alive.
The result:
A uniformly green lawn framed by a defined garden bed, with sprinkler coverage reaching every corner of the yard.
New construction yard after: freshly laid sod lawn with visible seams rooting in

New Construction: From Graded Dirt to Finished Lawn

Sod installation + irrigation · Twin Cities metro

The challenge:
A newly built home surrounded by rough-graded dirt, construction rock, and equipment tracks — the standard builder handoff.
What we did:
Finish-graded the lot, installed the irrigation system before laying a full yard of sod, and programmed an establishment watering schedule for the first month.
The result:
A complete, rooted lawn from lot line to driveway within weeks of closing.
Office building grounds after: green turf with sprinklers running and planted beds

Commercial Office Grounds Brought Back to Life

Commercial irrigation + grounds · Twin Cities metro

The challenge:
An office building entrance with brown, drought-stressed turf and bare parking-lot islands — no working irrigation on the property.
What we did:
Designed and installed a commercial irrigation system covering the entrance turf and island beds, with shrub plantings and mulched beds along the walkways.
The result:
Green, uniformly irrigated grounds that match the building instead of undercutting it.
