MN Auto-Renewal Disclosures

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §325G.56–§325G.62, the following disclosures apply to all subscription-based service packages offered by Grin's Irrigation LLC:

  1. This subscription automatically renews annually until you cancel.
  2. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at each renewal.
  3. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at (952) 529-3750 or through your Stripe Customer Portal.
  4. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no early termination fees apply.
  5. You will receive a reminder email at least 30 days before each renewal date.

Billing & Payment Terms

All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a service package, you authorize Grin's Irrigation LLC to charge the payment method on file at the time of purchase and at each annual renewal. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Surcharges for additional irrigation zones (10 or more), lake pump service, and RPZ/backflow connection & removal are added to the base subscription price as disclosed during checkout.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund available before the first service visit.
  • Prorated refund after partial service completion.
  • No refund after all scheduled visits are completed.
  • No early termination fees.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Service Descriptions

The services, pricing, and descriptions presented on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer or contract. All pricing shown represents typical ranges and starting points; actual costs depend on property size, scope of work, site conditions, and other factors. A formal quote will be provided after an on-site consultation. Service packages include the specific visits and tasks described on the service packages page at the time of purchase.

If the information provided during checkout does not accurately reflect the customer's irrigation system — including but not limited to zone count, backflow device type, lake pump presence, or other system components — an additional surcharge may be assessed on the day of service to account for the actual scope of work.

Property Access

By subscribing to a service package, you grant Grin's Irrigation LLC and its service technicians access to your property for the purpose of performing the subscribed services. You are responsible for providing accurate access instructions, gate codes, and information about pets or hazards on the property. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or other obstructions not disclosed in advance, the visit may be marked as completed and will not be rescheduled at no charge.

Service Area

Grin's Irrigation LLC provides services in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and surrounding communities in Minnesota. Service availability may vary by location. If your property is outside our standard service area, additional travel charges may apply or service may not be available.

Force Majeure

Grin's Irrigation LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, utility failures, or supply chain disruptions. In such events, affected services will be rescheduled when conditions permit.

Liability Limitations

Grin's Irrigation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, reliance on any information provided herein, or the performance of services. Our total liability for any claim related to services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on this website.

Modification Clause

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email to active subscribers. Your continued use of our services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Minnesota.

Save Offer Restrictions

Promotional save offers, discounts, or retention incentives are available at the sole discretion of Grin's Irrigation LLC and may be limited to one per customer, per subscription period. Save offers cannot be combined with other promotions, applied retroactively, or transferred to another customer or account. Grin's Irrigation LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue save offers at any time without prior notice.

SMS Opt-In Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Grin's Irrigation LLC, you agree to the following:

  • You will receive a confirmation text message upon opting in.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Message frequency varies (approximately 2–8 messages per month during service season).
  • For help, reply HELP or contact us at (952) 529-3750.
  • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
  • Participating carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carrier coverage may vary.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Grin's Irrigation LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
